I made a mistake adding heat fux plate and heat storage components together to get Ground Heat Flux. This is now corrected in sable_radsoil_qc_v1.dat ... Please use that.
Note that the Ground heat flux is POSITIVE when AWAY FROM THE SURFACE, i.e. downwards.
